PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
The data provided by the interested parties will be used for the legitimate purposes envisaged by BEXFY, and which are specified in the following:
1. Contact the interested party to respond to their request, request or query.
2. Manage, if the interested party so requests, the registration process and the contracting of the services offered on the Platform.
3. Management of accounting administration, invoicing and collection of contracted services.
4. Management of the information provided by the interested party in order to offer him/her contents, products and services in a personalized way.
5. To contact and offer the interested party commercial and advertising information on offers and services that may be of interest to them.
LEGITIMATION FOR DATA PROCESSING
The legal basis for the processing of data of data subjects for purposes 1 to 4 is the execution of the provision of the corresponding service.
The communication of offers and services to BEXFY customers is based on the satisfaction of the legitimate business interest in being able to offer our customers the possibility of contracting other products or services with the aim of their loyalty. The legitimate interest provided for in the RGPD expressly permits the processing of personal data for this purpose.
The basis for sending commercial communications to parties other than customers is the consent obtained expressly and unequivocally.
In any case, you have the right to object to the processing of your data, as described in this Policy.
RECIPIENTS AND DATA COMMUNICATION
The data of the interested parties will not be transferred to third parties.
Where applicable, the data may only be communicated to the Public Administrations and in the cases provided for by the applicable Laws.
DURATION OF DATA PROCESSING
The data for the management of the relationship with customers, billing, collections, etc. will be kept for as long as the contract is in force. Once the contractual relationship has ended, the data must be kept for the time required by the applicable legislation and until the possible liabilities arising from the contract expire.
The data for the sending of commercial communications, commercial and service profiles will be kept indefinitely until, if necessary, the will to delete them is expressed.
RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS
BEXFY guarantees the interested parties the exercise of the following rights:
Access and rectification: right to obtain confirmation as to whether we are processing your personal data and to access your personal data, as well as to request rectification of inaccurate data.
Deletion: to request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
Limitation of processing: data subjects may request limitation of the processing of their data or their portability, in which case we will only retain them for the exercise or defence of claims.
Opposition: data subjects may object to the processing of their data in certain situations provided for in the RGPD. In these cases we will stop processing the data or, where appropriate, we will stop processing it for that particular purpose, except for legitimate reasons or the exercise or defence of possible claims.
Portability: you can request to download your personal data for portability, as well as to transmit them to another entity.
Protection of Rights: in the event of any infringement of your rights, especially when you have not obtained satisfaction in exercising them, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.agpd.es) or other competent supervisory authority.
